use the Wrench to loosen the Arbor Bolt
by turning it
clockwise

note:
The Arbor Bolt has a left hand thread,
so it loosens by turning clockwise.
Remove the Arbor Bolt, Outer Flange

and Saw Blade by pulling them straight
off the Arbor.
