Polishing Instructions

NOTE: For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following

pages, refer to the Assembly Diagram on page 13.

1.

CAUTION: Always make sure the Power Cord (1) of the Polisher is unplugged from
its extension cord or outlet

prior to making any adjustments to the tool.

2.

Place a clean

Foam Bonnet (43) securely onto the Backing Pad (41).

(See Figure F.)

3.

NOTE: Prior to waxing/polishing a vehicle, make sure it’s surface has been thoroughly
cleaned and is free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, etc.

4.

Apply about two tablespoons of wax (not included) evenly on the Foam Bonnet (43).
Do not apply the wax directly to the surface of the vehicle.  The amount of wax
needed will vary according to the size of the vehicle being waxed.  NOTE: Avoid
using too much wax.  For additional applications of wax to the Foam Bonnet, reduce
the amount of wax.  The Foam Bonnet will not absorb as much wax in subsequent
applications.

Unpacking

When unpacking, check to make sure all the parts shown on the Parts List on page 12  are
