Failure malfunction, repairs, customer complaints
When device malfunctions occur you should first of all disconnect all components such as power
supply unit and the handpiece from the device. After you have checked all of the connections and
reconnected them, the device should work again.
If the malfunction of the device cannot be resolved, then the device should be given to an authorised
dealer.
Customer complaints are to be made to the dealer.
For the disposal the device must be sent back to the manufacturer. Please contact your
distributor on this matter.
