The desired temperature is
controlled by an in-car sensor
signal, coolant temperature, sun
sensor signal and the ambient temp
sensor signal.
Sunlight sensor
Sunlight sensor is located in front of
the windscreen defroster vents.
This sensor detects sunlight when
operating in AUTO mode.

Caution
Do not place stickers or other
items over the sensor. Doing so
could cause the sensor to
malfunction.
Temperature sensor
Temperature information sampled
from the interior of your car is used
in establishing ventilation system
requirements when operating in
AUTO mode.

Do not place stickers over the
temperature sensor as this will
impair its function.
