Malfunction Indicator Lamp/

Service Engine Soon

If the light is flashing:

When it is safe

to do so, stop the vehicle and turn the

engine off. Wait 10 seconds and restart

the engine. If the light continues to flash,

see your dealer for service as soon as

possible.

If the light is on steady:

If you recently

put fuel into your vehicle, reinstall the

fuel cap, making sure that it is tight. A

few driving trips with the cap properly

installed should turn the light off.

Accessory Power Outlet and

Cigarette Lighter

Your vehicle has an accessory power

outlet to power accessories such as a

cell phone. It is located next to the 

parking brake. 

To use it, remove the protective cap and

plug in the accessory. Replace the cap

when not in use. (See your Owner

Manual for important safety details.)

The cigarette lighter is located to the

right of the front ashtray. With the 

ignition key in the ACC or ON position

(the lighter will not operate in the OFF

position), push the lighter knob in all the

way and release it. When the element is

fully heated, the knob will pop back out 

automatically.

Sunroof (if equipped)

The control switch for the sunroof is

located on the headliner between the

sun visors.

Vent: 

To open the sunroof to the vent

position, press the Up button. Press the

Down button to close the sunroof from

the vent position.

Open/Close: 

To fully open the sunroof,

press and hold the Down button. Press

and hold the Up button to fully close the

sunroof.
