BEFORE FIRST USE

1.

Remove all packing materials and stickers from the inside and outside of the Electric Skillet.
Gently wipe down exterior with a damp cloth or paper towel. Warning: Never immerse the
detachable temperature control knob and plug in water or any other liquid.

2.  Use a sponge and warm, soapy water to wash the inside of the Electric Skillet and lid. Only

the lid is dishwasher safe. Caution: Do NOT use abrasive cleaning agents or scouring pads.

3.  Dry thoroughly.
4.  Read all instructions and follow them carefully.

HOW TO USE

1.

Place the Electric Skillet on a flat, sturdy, heat resistant surface.

2.  Insert the temperature control heat probe firmly into the probe housing.
3.  Add oil, butter or other desired cooking fat to the skillet.
4.  Turn the temperature control knob to desired temperature. The indicator light will illuminate.

Once the desired temperature is reached, the indicator light will turn off. It will illuminate
when the heater turns on again to maintain the temperature.

5.  Once cooking fat is hot, add remaining contents.
6.  The Electric Skillet may be used with or without the lid. Skillets are generally used without

the lid to brown, sear, sauté or reduce liquids. They’re usually used with the lid to cook
gently for longer periods of time or keep foods warm.

7.  Do NOT use metal utensils to stir or scoop the food. Only use heat resistant plastic, silicone

or wooden utensils.

8.  After cooking is complete, turn the temperature control knob to OFF. Carefully unplug the

temperature control heat probe.

9.  Allow Electric Skillet to cool completely before cleaning.
