Scrapping the work vehicle
Scrapping operations must be handled by specialised
personnel with suitable skills for the job.
The components removed must be sorted according to
the type of materials they contain and in compliance
with the laws in force concerning “waste collection, sort-
ing and disposal”.
Send the disassembled parts to authorised waste dis-
posal centres.
Replacing the slider
When the slider wears down to a thickness of 6 mm, it
must be replaced.
Proceed as outlined below.
Disassembly
1) Secure the slider to the skid using suitable clamps.
2) Unscrew the nuts and remove the screws securing
the slider to the skid.
3) Slowly release the slider and remove it from the skid.
WARNING
During disassembly, watch out for the elasticity of
the slider since, when it is released from the rail, it
springs back to the starting position (straight) and
could cause injury.
Assembly
1) Fit the new slider into the guide (

).
2) Insert the screws (

).
3) Tighten the nuts (
C
).
4) Position the slider against the guide and secure it in
position using suitable tools.
5) Secure the slider to the guide using the relative
screws and nuts.
6) Remove the tools used to temporarily secure the slid-
er.
