Step 3:

Before assembling gas tank, turning the tank bolt on the gas tank bottom bracket 
anticlockwise to loose. Putting out the bracket sidelong, make the bracket to support onto 
floor, then tightening the tank bolt clockwise. As shown below:

Step 4: 

Assemble the NG regulator hose clamp using attached 2 screws. As shown below:
