Beim Schleppbetrieb ist die Verwendung des
CHARLY Schleppadapters vorgeschrieben (siehe
Foto unten).
Sollte die Rückstellkraft der Torsionsfeder am
Schwenkhebel nicht ausreichen, um ihn aus einer
45° Schwenkposition in Verriegelungsposition zu
schlagen, muss das Schwenklager geölt werden.
Von einer Demontage des Schwenkhebels raten
wir ab, da die erneute Montage aufwändig ist und
Geschick erfordert. Falls erforderlich, sollte der
Paralock an uns geschickt werden.
Achtung:
Den Entriegelungsknopf nicht ölen, da
das Polyamid Material von manchen Schmierstoffen
angegriffen und verklebt werden kann. Wird die
Klemmkraft der Sicherungskappe als zu stark
empfunden, empfehlen wir die Verwendung von
Teflonspray oder Silikon.
Nach jeweils 20 Stunden Flugbetrieb sind die
Tragegurte des Gurtzeugs auf Scheuerstellen zu
untersuchen.
3. Attention: Make sure that the lever is properly
locked and can no longer be turned upwards.
4. Important: It is essential to secure the release
button with the safety cap. It should only
be removed during flight to separate the
paraglider, after the reserve has been released
and deployed. Especially during the landing
approach, it is dangerous to handle the release
mechanism.
For towing, the CHARLY towing adapter must be
used (see picture below).
If the return force of the torsion spring at the lever is
not sufficient to snap it from a 45° rotated position
into the locking position, the bearing must be oiled.
We do not recommend disassembling the lever,
as reassembly is complicated and requires skill. If
necessary, please send the Paralock to us.
Attention:
Do not oil the release button, as the
polyamide material may be damaged by some
lubricants and can become stuck. If you find that
the safety cap is too hard to pull off, we recommend
using Teflon spray or silicone.
After every 20 hours of flight operation, the straps
of the harness must be inspected for chafe marks.
