Assembling heel plate
1. Drill two holes into wall for wall-mount block
2. Insert plastic anchors into holes
3. Attach height rod to wall-mount block using plastic anchors
4. Attach rubber tub and heel plate with two self-tapping screws
5. Attach heel plate to wall-mount block with two self-tapping screws
