Right Side Shelf
Hook right side shelf assembly to the preassembled #10-24x1/2’’ machine screws on cart.
Attach fascia to control panel with #10-24x3/8’’ wing screw. Tighten all screws.
Repeat for sideburner shelf assembly.

Firebox Assembly
Attach ignitor to control panel using the stamped nut that’s provided
(A).
Attach ignitor wire to ignitor
(B).
Press down the pins on upper side braces. Slide firebox assembly along upper side brace from front to rear of cart
assembly, until the pins snap into the holes on firebox support braces. Make sure the brackets on firebox support brace
are fitted into the opening of the brackets on upper side brace
(C).
