Mount fascia onto side shelf using three
#10-24x1/2" screws, 5mm lock washers and 5mm flat washers (A).
Install right
side shelf onto the pre-installed screws on the right side of firebox. Attach side shelf using two
1/4-20x1/2" screws.
Tighten
the pre-installed screws securely
(B).
Attach fascia to firebox using two
1/4-20x1/2" screws, 7mm lock washers
and
7mm
flat washers (C).
This step requires two people to lift and position grill head onto cart.
Carefully lower the grill head onto the cart.
Make sure the
regulator hose is hanging outside the cart.
Insert
1/4-20x1/2" screws
through side panels and firebox in all four corners. Secure with
7mm fiber washers
and
1/4-20 flange nuts
.
