Turn assembly over.
•
Attach back brace to back side of left and right legs with #8x3/8” self-tap screws.

Turn assembly upside down.
•
Insert axle rod into wheel, wheel spacer, legs and other spacer and wheel. Attach with an axle washer and hitch pin.
