Attach air shutter (item #30) onto the firebox door (item #29) using one M6 x 15mm Phillips head bolt and M6 hex nut.  Do 
not over-tighten air shutter, air shutter should move freely.

Attach door latch (item #32) using one M5 x 10mm Phillips head shoulder bolt and M5 hex nut as illustrated.

Connect firebox door hinge (item #28) to the outside of the door (item #29) and firebox base (item 
#33) using four M5 x 10mm Phillips head bolts and M5 hex nuts.

Attach one M6 x 15mm Phillips head shoulder bolt onto the firebox base (item #33) for the door 
latch (item #32).

Note orientation of hinge.
