Tips for use
1.
Always change the oil after use 8 or 10 times.
2.
Use good quality oils suitable to reach high temperatures. Do not use margarine, olive oil
or butter, as these starts to smoke at low temperatures, which makes them unsuitable for
frying.
3.
To reduce the acrylamide content of starchy foods (like pasta and cereals), they should fry
with a temperature not exceeding 170 ° C and for the shortest time possible, until lightly
browned.
4.
Do not move or carry the fryer if the oil is still hot.
5.
When frying food dough, remove excess liquid, and carefully place the food in the oil.
6.
Do not fill the basket above 2/3 capacity (if making chips, the amount maximum is 200 g
per liter of oil).
7.
Before frying foods, dry them with a rag.
Attention
: When frying foods with high humidity (such as frozen potatoes), the liquid can cause
the oil to overflow.
