Assembly Instructions
4. On the underside of the trailer, press the blue button near the end of the axle tube. Allow the
axle on the wheel to slide down into the axle tube. Release the blue button. Gently pull up on
the wheel to ensure it is mounted in the axle tube fully. The wheel should not pull out.
5. Flip the trailer over onto the opposite side and repeat step #4.
6. At this time the tires can be inflated with air.
Do not inflate over 50psi.
7. Flip the trailer so that it is upright. Tip the trailer back until it will stand on its own. Twist off
the bolt/wing nut in the hitch mount (left photo). Slide the hitch adapter into the hitch mount
until the holes line up and re-install the bolt/wing nut. Insert and tighten the tension knob (right
photo). At this time the trailer is fully assembled.
