Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
Not power ON Please check if the battery still has electricity,
or replace it with new battery and try again
to power on. Make sure that the battery posi-
tive and negative correctly installed; at least
4AA batteries should be installed. Set the
switch to OFF mode, remove the battery for I
minute then try again to power on.
Automatically Power OFF Please check if the battery is depleted (battery
status shows on the display)
Playing back on PC not
smoothly
Please try replacement computer to playback,
or copy and file and then play in the com -
puter hard disks, make sure that the micro
SD card is CLASS 4, or try to replace a new
micro SD card.
No display after connected to
a TV
Check if the TV/OUT cable is connected prop-
erly and if cable is damaged, check out the
TV signal input setting s are correct.
Not taking photo Check if battery has electricity, or if there
is micro SD card inside. Check if system
parameters are setting wrong, please restore
product settings to factory settings.
Image fuzzy or out of focus Please check if the camera lens is dirty or not
Unable to upload/ download
files or removable disk cannot
be find on computer
Please check that if the USB cable damaged
or not and if it is connected to the computer
properly. SD card is damaged Try another
computer
Display appears white Set the slide switch to OFF mode, remove the
battery box and then reload to power on.
