The preserving phase begins when the indicator light (7) extinguishes, indicating that the
appliance has heated itself up to the setting temperature.

When the preserving phase is finished, switch the temperature controller (6) to OFF. Remove
the power plug from the wall socket.
7.
Position a heat resistent container under the pouring tap (4) and press the pouring lever (3)
down. The water drains itself.
8.
When the water has drained away allow the preserving jars to cool down.
