After install,

Make sure the HDMI connections are plugged in correctly. Re-test
using a direct connection. Try another HDMI cable.

Check your HDMI device requirements do not exceed the protector
specification. See the notes below.

After surge,
no picture/audio,

stuttering etc.

Power surges can be excessive, and the protector can get damaged in
the line of duty. Sometimes you don’t even know
it has happened.
•
Usually the protector can withstand several surges, but if the
protector continues to fail, it has done its job and
it’s time to order
another one. It’s also usef
ul to keep replacements handy.
Warranty and
Replacement.
•
All parts and workmanship are under warranty for 12 months from
time of purchase. If within this time, the protector is not operating as
expected then it may be replaced or refunded at no cost. Go through
your store or contact Clever Family Homes Support with the order id,
name/address, and date (attach the packing slip if possible).
This HDMI SPD unit is designed for HDMI 1.4 UHD 4K@30Hz up to 10.2 Gb/s.
Some HDMI 2.x signals and 8K applications exceed the supported transmission
and resolution rates and may cause signal loss or distortion. The above diagram
shows support for HDMI versions 1.0 to 1.4. 2.x signals may be supported if they
don't exceed the 10.2 bandwidth and 4K UHD resolution. If you are experiencing
problems, return the protector within 30 days, no questions asked.
