GRILLING GUIDE

Unplug power cord from the power outlet.
2.
Allow the appliance to fully cool.
3.
Close the appliance so that the top and bottom cooking plates are together and push down the
locking mechanism at the side of the appliance to lock together.
4.
Store on a flat, dry level surface.
STORAGE
Contact grilling is a healthy and efficient way to cook. The cooking times are approximate due to
variances in ingredient thickness. It is not recommended to cook items with thick bones such as T- bone
steaks.
