■ The USB card of PCMCIA or Express Card dose not work.
The USB card of PCMCIA or Express Card does not work with
insufficient power.
Please reinforce the power supply for it to work.
Please connect it to the AC adapter for power supply.
■ The power LED flashes when HDD is not being accessed,
is it something wrong?
OS might have virus scanning or software upgrading and access
the HDD automatically.
■ No display for S.M.A.R.T.info.
There are a lot of limitations for the HDD surveillance software.
We do not provide surveillance tool for this.
■ It does not display on My Computer (Windows), Desktop
(Mac) while using a new HDD/SSD.

It has to get the new HDD/SSD formatted first.

Mac OS] for your reference
Please do the initialization.
