Note:
Prior to using the Sliding Table, read the manufacturer’s manual for the milling
machines, drills, or grinders to be used with the Sliding Table. Follow all of the instructions
and safety precautions in the manufacturer’s manual.
Warning!
Before use, check the Sliding Table for cracks, bends, or breaks. Check for an
improperly mounted workpiece or any other condition thay may affect safe operation. Do not
use damaged equipment.
1. Mount the Sliding Table using two bolts (not included) to a surface able to safely hold the
Sliding Table (16.6 Lbs.) and the weight of the workpiece.
2. Secure the workpiece in the T-slots according to directions specified in the milling, drilling,
or grinding manual (not included). The T-slots are .625” at the bottom of the “T”, and .375” at the
slot opening.
3. Rotate the
Wheels (#10)
to adjust the table to the specific size you need.
4. Lock the table into place with the two hex head cap screws on each side.
1. Periodically apply a light coat of machine oil to all of the moving parts.
2. To clean, thoroughly wipe with a mild solvent to remove excess oil and metal shavings.
Dry with a clean cloth and then re-apply machine oil.
