Your new CENS ProFlex digital is a precision-engineered micro-electronic noise
suppression device, and although it is robust in construction, it should always be
handled with care to prolong its useful working life.
If you suspect a fault with your instrument please consult your supplier
immediately. Puretone will repair/replace any instrument as deemed suitable
within the warranty period/conditions.
The environment inside the ear can be hostile for the instrument. Earwax and
moisture can cause problems with the device if cleaning is not performed on a
regular basis. Wipe the instrument each time it is removed from the ear with a
dry cloth to remove any foreign bodies.

new instrument.
