Introduction
Cellebrite’s proprietary Forensic Memory Card Reader features an
integral read-only switch enabling write-blocked memory card
extraction and is equipped with a USB hub enabling extraction from
USB mass storage devices.
The Cellebrite Forensic Memory Card Reader complies with CE
Technical Standard EMC Directive 2004/108/EC (EN55022/EN55024);
and with FCC Technical Standard FCC Part 15 Class B (DoC) IC ICES-
003.
This manual provides instructions on how to use the Cellebrite
Forensic Memory Card Reader and how to obtain the best results.
Description
The Cellebrite Forensic Memory Card Reader is a multi format card
reader that provides either read-only or read-write access to a
variety of flash media cards. The USB hub is not influenced by
activating the read-only (write-block) switch. The card reader
supports the following media formats:
Compact Flash Card type I & II
(CFI & CFII)
Mini Disk (MD)
Memory Stick (MS)
Smart Media Card (SMC)
xD Memory card (xD)
Secure Digital Media Card (SD)
Multi Media Card (MMC)
In addition, the card reader supports TransFlash, M2 and Micro SD
card formats (with the use of adapters – not supplied).
