6.0 TESTING
6.1
With the phone connected to a working telephone line, lift the handset.
Dial tone should be heard.
6.2
Dial the desired number(s). The microphone is muted while the phone is
dialing. Normal phone operation should follow.
6.3
Hang up the phone.
6.4
Place a call into the phone.
6.5
Answer the phone and normal phone operation should follow.
6.6
Hang up the phone. It is ready for use. If any problems were experienced,
please refer to section 10.2.
