Problem Cause Solution
The drying process takes up
too much time. The lint filter surface may be
blocked. Wash the filter with warm
water.
The heat exchanger may be
blocked. Clean the heat exchanger.
The ventilation grids on the
front part of the machine may
be closed. Open the doors/windows
to prevent the room
temperature from
increasing too much.
There may be a layer of scale
in the moisture sensor. Clean the moisture
sensor.
The dryer may be overloaded
with laundry. Do not overload the dryer.
The laundry might be
insufficiently spin-dried. Select a higher spin
speed.
The laundry is moist after the
drying process.
The laundry which is hot after the drying process is
usually moister.
The programme used may
not be suitable for the type of
laundry. Check the care labels
on the laundry, select a
suitable programme for
the type of laundry and
use the time programmes.

interrupted for no reason. The loading door may not be
properly closed. Make sure the loading
door is properly closed.
There may have been a power
cut. Press the Start/Pause
button to start the
programme.
The water tank may be full. Empty the water tank.
Clothes have shrunk, become
compacted or deteriorated. The programme used may
not be suitable for the type of
laundry. Check the care labels on
the laundry and select a
suitable programme for
the type of laundry.
Water leakage on the loading
door. There may be accumulated
lint
in the interior surface of the
loading door and in the
sealing
surface of the loading door. Clean the interior surface
of the
loading door and the
sealing
surface of the loading
door.
The loading door opens by
itself. The door may
not be properly closed. Push the loading door
until
you hear the closing
sound.
The warning symbol of the
water tank is on/
flashing. The water tank may be
full. Empty the water tank.
The drain hose
may be bent. If the product is
connected
directly to a water outlet
check the drain hose.
