Unplug the appliance from the power supply, empty the water tanks (do it after each use) and
allow it to cool down completely.
Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the device’s surface after each use.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the product.
If scale blocks the steam holes, use a toothpick to remove it.
If the appliance is not going to be used for a long time, pour out the water in the tank and store
the iron in a safe, cool place.
Always store the garment steamer in an upright position on its base to prevent water leakage.
Cleaning the brush attachment
Allow to fully dry before using again or storing.
Clean the brush with a damp cloth.
5. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem

The garment
steamer is
plugged in but
not heating.
There’s a power
supply issue.
Check that the plug is properly inserted into the
outlet or try plugging the garment steamer into a
different outlet.
The auto shut-
off has activated.
Press the steam trigger or press the power/
steam power level button to activate the garment
steamer.
Not enough
steam or
no steam is
coming out of
the garment
steamer.
The garment
steamer isn’t
heated up to full
temperature.
Always allow steamer to preheat at least 35
seconds, or until the light indicator is a steady on.
There is not
enough water in
the water tank.
Follow the instructions under the “Filling the Water
Tank” section and fill to Max level mark.
The water pump
hasn’t been
primed.
After preheating, always prime the water pump
by holding the steam trigger until steam forms to
ensure enough water is in the boiler.
