Quick Start Guide
1. Download HPlusWatch
The smart band needs to pair with the smartphone through the app. To download the app, scan
the QR code on the original manual or on the back of the package, or search in your
application store for “HPlusWatch”.
2. Device Charge
Make sure the power is working normally before initial use. In case device is under low
battery, connect the device to the charger. The device will automatically boot up. Notice: The
picture on the original menu at ‘step 2’ shows how to attach the charger.
3. Pairing the device
Open “pair device” in the app. Please make sure the bluetooth on your phone is ON when you
are pairing. When searching for and pairing the device, press and hold on the screen of the
device and activate it. The app will search for the device automatically; choose the device
name and connect it with the app.
How to use
Once the device is successfully connected to the app, it will record and analyze your activities
and sleep automatically, as well as monitoring heart rate status. Touch and slide on the screen
of the device to switch into different display modes as following:
1.Normal mode
(use the original manual for visual explanation)
Time mode -> Heart rate mode -> Step mode -> Distance mode -> Calories mode -> Sport
mode -> Palming bright screen -> Power off.
2. Sport mode
(use the original manual for visual explanation)
Under normal mode, choose sport mode (running icon), and hold down on the screen for 3
seconds to enter into sport mode, choose the following functions:
Running mode, Swimming mode, Basketball mode or Badminton mode. To enter any of these
modes, hold down on the screen until another screen pops up.
3. Notification Mode instructions:
1) Under incoming call, message notify mode, the screen will display when there is a new
notification coming in.
2) If there is a call or message incoming, the device will automatically enter into call/message
alert mode, no matter in which mode it was previously. After the display, it will return to the
previous mode.
