Induction hobs excel in terms of their cooking speed and
e

ffi

ciency, as the technology used transfers heat to the pan itself

by electromagnetic induction; this reduces the losses associated
with heat escape and leads to a reduction in the surface
temperature of the hob, when compared with other types. With
good quality induction compatible pans the e

ffi

ciency of an

induction hob can be as high as 85%.

The key benefit o

ff

ered by the HCN510 is the flexibility o

ff

ered

at installation.  Induction hobs have traditionally required high
current supplies and as a result could not be used in households
with limited supplies. The HCN510 can be configured to work on
four di

ff

erent power consumption levels, which means induction

cooking is now a viable option for everyone.

CDA have developed their induction range by launching the HCN510FR, a
versatile hob with great user benefits and stylish design.
