Remove pre-installed tube from
base as shown and discard.
Fit the upper tube of lamp assembly into
the lower tube of the lamp assembly.
Attach with 2 set screws as shown, and
secure with allen wrench.

With assistance, fit threaded stud
of lamp assembly into base as
shown. Secure from below with 1
lock washer, 1 washer and 1 hex
nut. Secure the assembly with the
hex wrench.
