-During summer months or in places where there is humidity, the glass door may show frost. To
clean it is convenient to use a dry towel.
Remove all exterior and interior packaging, including protective foam and the tape on the door
panels. Remember that children are particularly vulnerable to packing materials and old
appliances, discard materials with this in mind.
Your wine dispenser needs space around to function properly. It is very important that you give it
at any surface, behind it as well as 5cm between the sides and any surface around them. This is
necessary so that your wine dispenser has an adequate space for ventilation.
LEVELING YOUR WINE DISPENSER
After installing the wine dispenser, you can level it; it has got four levelling legs, two on the
front and two at the back of the appliance.
To level, turn them clockwise to raise the dispenser and counter clockwise to lower it.
The door will close much better if the four levelling legs are extended.
STRUCTURE
Your wine dispenser uses argon gas cartridges to preserve your fine wine in the best
conditions. You can find argon gas naturally in the atmosphere and it is bottled in high quality
cartridges.
USING THE ARGON CARTRIDGES
Place the ARGON GAS cartridge in the wine dispenser (wine dispenser CAVANOVA)
To place the open wine bottles in the dispenser, open the door and unscrew the black tap which
is on the top of the cabinet, then introduce the tubes inside the bottle, place the bottle in the
silicone making sure it covers perfectly the superior part of the bottle and screw in the plastic
protection.

-Softly introduce the cartridge in the regulator turning clockwise, without forcing it. You will
notice a soft resistance, this is, because the argon cartridge is being perforated, a little pressure
will go out the security valve, and at this moment the argon is already installed in your
appliance. Continue turning clockwise until you can't continue turning.
PRECAUTION: The argon cartridge is activated under a 2800psi / 193.09 bars pressure; do
not remove it when it is full wait until it is completely empty. If you do so, the argon gas inside
the cartridge will go away; therefore the salida de escape de la válvula will immediately be
