To turn one zone off, press and hold the 

Decrease key. To turn both zones off, just 

press the On/Off key. 

•  To lock/unlock the control panel, press and 

hold the lock key. 

•  This appliance has an overheat protection 

function. If the pan becomes too hot the 

appliance will switch off, a buzzer will sound 

and the display will show “E2”. Should this 

happen, allow the appliance to cool before 

restarting. 

•  Fan will continue to run while the glass surface 

temperature is over 80°C.

Using the timer

•  When in Power or Temperature mode, press 

the FUNCTION key again to enter/view the 

timer. 

•  Press the Increase or Decrease key to change 

the timer.

•  When the set time expires, the appliance will 

switch off automatically. 

Boost function

•  For faster cooking press the boost key. The left 

zone will work at 2000W while right zone at 

1000W. 

•  Put your pan on the left zone for fast cooking.

•  The Boost mode can only last 10 minutes. 

Afterwards, the left zone will work at 1800W 

automatically.

Disconnect from the power 

supply and allow the appliance 

to cool before cleaning.

•  Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to 

clean the appliance.

•  DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or pads.

•  Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

•  A CATERLITE dealer or qualified technician 

should carry out repairs if required.
