Ensure that the device is used in a closed room where sufficient oxygen is present.
Also make sure that the device is used in combination with a professional extraction system.
Ensure that the device is thoroughly cleaned before it is used for the first time.
This regarding hygiene and food safety.
The thermostat can be set between 50º and 300ºC. The device can be set within the
temperature limits of 10ºC.
Turn on the power with the mainswitch and rotate the thermostat clockwise. Then aim the
required temperature value to the required temperature place. At this time, the orange indicator
light is on and the heating tube starts to work. As soon as the temperature rises to the required
temperature, the thermostat will cut off the power source automatically. At the same time the
indicator light is off and the heating tube stops operating. If the temperature of the stove plate
falls down slightly, the thermostat will be powered on automatically and the orange indicator
light is shining again. The heating tube continues heating and the temperature of the stove
plate will rise. After having completed this process a number of times it can guarantee the
constant temperature of the stove plates within the specified range.
The food must be placed directly on the grill. Under the grill there is a 5 cm deep drip tray
for the excessive and dripping fat. You can add water to the tank in advance to prevent
unpleasant odors. This will also facilitate cleaning because there is no fat sticking to the
stainless steel tray.
On/off switch.
Switch 1/0: On and Off switch.
0 = Off
1 = On
Thermostat: to set the temperature.
Before you set the switch to 0, make sure that the temperature is also fully lowered to its lowest
position.
VI. Cleaning and maintenance
1. Before cleaning, the grill should be completely cooled down.
2. May only be carried out by knowledgeable and authorized people.
3. This appliance can be cleaned with a wet cloth. Pay attention! The device may not be
cleaned in or with water. This can cause a short circuit or other danger.
4. The device must be thoroughly cleaned daily/after each use.
5. The grill is very easy to clean thanks to it’s material and the construction.
6. After usage you can remove both the stainless steel add-on edge and the drip tray and then
carefully clean it.
7. Do not pour water on the device, this will cause a malfunction and therefore possibly
hazard. The sensors behind the control panel can get wet and this can therefore be
dangerous. The solution: only clean it with a wet cloth.
8. Clean the grill as follows:
Use the stainless steel cleaning spatulas and remove the remaining fat and food. Then set
the grill to around 80ºC and scrub the grill with a wet sponge. After cleaning switch off the
thermostat and the appliance carefully, before pulling the plug carefully out of the socket.
