Notes for use

Cooking Function Symbols
Switch & Power light-
When the green indicator lamp is on, the fryer is switched on.
Working light-
When switched on this will be yellow (or red).
Thermostat control dial-
turn the dial clockwise to set the desired temperature.
Cooking Food
The oven is intended to cook fresh or deep-frozen products, the manufacturer cant be held liable for any faults
caused by defective installation or inappropriate use of the appliance, In such cases, the warranty shall be null
and void.
To select a cooking level:
- Turn the knob to the desired cooking level.
To switch the cooking zone off
- Turn the regulator to the “OFF” position.
- Turn off the switch.
The oven temperature can be selected between 120°C and 250°C.
Before cleaning, turn off the appliance.
Wait until the oven has cooled down before you start cleaning.
Routine cleaning
Cleaning the appliance thoroughly on a daily basis is crucial for prolonging machines life, whilst optimising
performance. Clean the appliance with a damp cloth using water and soap, ensure the detergents used
are not acid based or abrasive.
Ensure when cleaning near the machine, abrasive or acid based detergents are not used.
Do not rub the appliance with steel wool pads.
In order to prevent corrosion from forming, ensure salt residues are removed from the tank’s sides and bottom.
Never use direct water jets to clean the appliance, as this could cause damage.
