Select Off for Voice Memo when automatic prompts are not required.
Adding a Voice Memo can still be achieved either during a recording, after a recording
or when in file File Review to view a saved data file.
During a
data recording
press the
Stop
key, the recording is paused.
Use the
Up
or
Down
Arrow
keys to highlight Voice Memo.
Press the
OK
key to start a Voice Memo recording or
Soft Key 2
labelled
Skip
to save
the data recording without creating a voice memo.
Press the
OK
key to stop the Voice Memo recording and save the data recording.
Select Resume Recording to continue the data recording or Save to save the file.
