6.6 Switch on
You can switch on the scale via the
Set
,
Up
and
Down
switches at the bottom of the device.
6.7 Switch off
The scale switches off automatically after about 5 seconds.
6.8 Base settings

Please don't stand on the scale during setting
Step 1:
Please select your personal number (PO-P9) and enter
the body parameters (sex, size, age), before you step on the
scale. Otherwise the scale can only measure your weight, but
not the correct percentage of water and fat.
Step 2:
You only have to enter the data once. The scale will
store your data. Please remember the selected personal
number. Later you only have to select the number.
Step3
. Press the (Up) or (Down) switch in order to select your
number and then press SET to confirm your selection.
Step 4:
Selection of sex:
Press the (Up) or (Down) switch in order to select your sex and
then press SET to confirm your selection.
Step 5:
Enter size:
Press the (Up) or (Down) switch in order to select your size and
then press SET to confirm your selection.
Step 6:
Enter age:
Press the (Up) or (Down) switch in order to enter your age and
then press SET to confirm your selection.
