Leave the oven door open to prevent the device from being re-started accidentally.
Exterior housing
Clean the exterior surfaces of the device with a damp cloth.
Metal rack, baking sheet and ceramic base plate
The metal rack and baking sheet must be removed and cleaned occasionally. Wash
them in a warm soapy solution or in the dishwasher.
Wipe the bottom of the oven with a mild cleaning agent. If the floor of the oven is
excessively dirty, you can use a mild cleaning agent.
17 Troubleshooting
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device.
Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:

Only qualified electricians, who have been trained by the manufacturer, may carry out
any repairs on electrical equipment.

Improperly performed repairs can cause considerable dangers for the user and
damages to the device.
17.2 Fault indications
In the event of a fault, an error code will appear in the display; it describes the cause of the
fault.
Error code Description
E-01
Excessive temperature within cooking chamber: The overheating cut-out
terminated the current program at a cooking chamber temperature of
250°C. Press the
Stop
button to acknowledge this fault.
The device can be re-activated after the cool down phase.
E-03
Sensor fault: The device has detected an error on a sensor and has
terminated the current programme.
Press the
Stop
button to acknowledge this fault.

If error messages continue to appear after an extended waiting period and restarting the
device, then the device will need to be sent to Customer Service to be inspected.
