For Value 2, specify the conversion rate to be applied to Value 1.

For an conversion rate of 1 or greater, you can input up to six
digits.
Example: 123.456, 1.23456
For a conversion rate that is less than 1, you can input up to 12
digits. Note, however, that you can input only six digits to the right
of the decimal point or to the right of any leading zeros in the
decimal part.
Example: 0.123456, 0.0123456
