Operating the Camera with the Remote Controller

The operations below can be performed on a remote controller that is connected with 
a camera.

NOTE

• The remote controller’s operation lamp will slowly flash green while it is connected 

with a camera. The operation lamp will flash faster if there is no connection with the 
camera.

• If you press a remote controller button while the remote controller is unable to 

control the camera because of a poor connection, the remote controller will vibrate 
to let you know.

To record a movie

] to start recording. Press [

] again to stop 

recording.

Changing the Recording Mode to Dramatic Slow Motion

When the current camera recording mode is Auto, hold down the [

0

] button for about 

two seconds to change it to Dramatic Slow Motion. To return to the Auto mode, hold 
down the [

0

] button for about two seconds again.

• While the recording mode is Dramatic Slow Motion, the operation lamp will flash 

amber.

IMPORTANT!

• The camera’s recording mode can be changed from Auto to Dramatic Slow Motion 

by the remote controller when only the remote controller is connected with the 
camera. It cannot be switched by the remote controller while another device 
(controller with LCD, smartphone) is also connected. For information about 
operation while the camera is connected with a smartphone or a controller with 
LCD, refer to the G’z EYE app or controller with LCD user documentation.
