To confi gure time and date settings

 

 

 In the Timekeeping Mode, hold down

 for about two seconds until the time 

zone setting screen appears.

 [SET Hold] will appear on the watch display, followed 
by the time zone setting screen.

Adjusting the Time Setting

When Mobile Link is enabled, the watch’s time and date settings are automatically 
adjusted to match those of the phone. When Mobile Link is disabled, you should 
adjust the time and date settings manually.
