Cleaning of the CCE 400
The CCE 400 must be regularly removed from dust and other contaminants that enter through the filling of the coins in the
hopper, dust in the air and directly from the coins into the machine.
Please turn off the machine and unplug the power cord from the outlet.
Remove any coins in the hopper.
Remove the screws on the side of the machine and pull the lid of the machine gently upwards.
Clean the sensors to the coin tubes and also in the turntable area with a soft cloth.
With an air spray for banknote and coin counters and special cleaning cloths you can remove the dirt and dust the
inaccessible corners.
Please carefully rotate the transport disc to get to the sensors at this and to remove any dust from the rotation area.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
The CCE 400 is equipped with sensitive sensors for counting the coins. These sensors and the transport system of the coins
must be cleaned regularly to avoid damage or malfunction (e.g. false accounting) excluded. Please note in particular rule out the
further information below to clean the machine and sensors to get an optimal result in the counting of coins.

Please turn off the machine and unplug the power cord from the outlet.
Remove any coins in the hopper.
Remove the screws on the side of the machine and pull the lid of the machine
gently upwards.
Remove the coin and thread the machine back together.
Should the fault increases, contamination in the machine can cause the coin jam.
Please clean the machine thoroughly.

Please turn off the machine and unplug the power cord from the outlet.
Remove any coins in the hopper.
Remove the screws on the side of the machine and pull the lid of the machine
gently upwards.
Clean the sensors to the coin tubes and also in the turntable area with a soft cloth.
