Speed Cooking 

 

In standby mode press 

START/SPEED COOK

 to commence 

speed-cooking setting. The oven is set to cook in stages at 30 

seconds intervals 100% power level for the first three touches 

of the pad, then 1 minute intervals for the next touches until a 

maximum of 12 minutes has been reached. 

 

For example of Speed Cooking times  

 

 Press

 pad once, 30 seconds will show in  

display.

Speed Defrost 

 

The microwave is programmed to defrost by weight 

automatically. To select Speed Defrost touch 

SPEED DEFROST

touching the corresponding number pads. Press 

START

 to 

commence defrosting.  

 

For example to defrost 500 g of beef

will display.
