Always disconnect the oven from its power supply when working in the vacuum plumbing cabinet. The
cabinet contains high-voltage components.

Connect the oven to your vacuum supply
The oven has two vacuum ports.
Use clamps to secure tubing to the Vacuum Port and Chamber Intake Vent (Backfill Inlet).
Cabinet Power Supply
1. Connect a vacuum supply to
the KF-25 vacuum port on the
back of the oven.
- Or -
2. Connect to the KF-25 vacuum
fitting in the cabinet (see next
page). This port is opened and
closed using the Vac valve handle
on the front control panel.
If you have installed a vacuum pump
in the cabinet, you may plug it into
the NEMA 6-20R power outlet
A vacuum pump may be installed
inside the cabinet. The cabinet comes
with a mounting plate on floor to
mount the pump on. See the next
page.
The oven comes with two access
ports on the back. These may be
used to run vacuum and gas lines
into the cabinet.
