INSTALLING THE UPPER GLASS SHADE

noTe:

 Make a note of the 

Fan  Serial  Number  and 

Model  Type  before  install-

ing the top cover.

Step 5. 

Carefully place the upper 

glass shade on the foam covered 

brackets.  Assure  the  glass  sits 

evenly  on  the  bracets  and  is 

centered.

Step  6. 

Take  the  three  upper 

glass  shade  brackets  and  place 

them  in  the  holders  as  shown.  

Using the supplied screws, tight-

en a few turns on each bracket 

until  all  three  are  in  place.  DO 

NOT TIGHTEN COMPLETELY.

Step 7. 

Rotate the tightening of 

the  brackets  until  all  are  snug. 

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

imporTanT!

  To  avoid  possible  damage  to  the 

Halogen bulb holder the fan must be placed on 

the bottom styrofoam packaging from the box.  

After  removing  the  top  half  of  the  styrofoam, 

take the bottom half from the box and place it 

on the floor.  Take out all parts from the bottom 

foam and place the fan back in the form fitted 

recess.

Step 8. 

Istall the three 60-Watt 

frosted  incandescent  bulbs  as 

shown.

note:

 Use 3 maximum 60-Watt B10 

candelabra incandescent bulbs.

WARNING!

DO  NOT  USE  AN  ELECTRIC  SCREWDRIVER  AS 

YOU  MAY  ACCIDENTALLY  OVETIGHTEN  THE 

BRACKETS AND CAUSE THE GLASS TO BREAK.
