14.7.3 Thermal Print Head Replacement
1. Please make sure not to scrape the undersurface of the
Print Head at all times.

6. Remember to attach new cable ties in the same place as
before.
7. Reassemble in reverse order.

14.7.4 Gap Sensor Assembly Replace
1. Follow all of the directions in section 0 first.
2. Unplug connector J15 on main PCB.
3. Remove the 2 screws attached to the Gap Sensor Asse

5. Reassemble in reverse order.
6. Once scale is completely reassembled, you must
recalibrate the Peel & Gap sensors.
