13. Warranty and Service
Within the framework of our warranty conditions we provide
a warranty that our technical devices are in perfect condition
and working order.
The warranty period is 36 months
and begins on the day of purchase.
Please retain your
purchase receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.
The statutory warranty obligation of the seller is not affected
by this warranty.
NOTE:
please note that the warranty lapses in the case
of misuse or improper handling, non-compliance with the
safety precautions that apply to the device, the use of
force or interventions which has not been carried out by
the service address authorised by us.
The warranty does
not cover components which are subject to normal
wear and tear/consumption.
So that you can return devices which are not working
properly during the warranty period, and in order to ensure
prompt and error-free processing, it is essential to request
an RMA number (Return Material Authorisation) by phone or
email before you return a device. This number will help the
Service Department to allocate the device to the respective
customer immediately and enable the repairs to be carried
out efficiently. Then, you will be provided with a new or re-
paired device. Please use the original packaging to prevent
damage during transport and enclose a copy of the invoice.
A detailed description of the claim reduces the processing
time.
