LP Cylinder Requirements
1. This appliance is specifically designed to be used
with a 20 lb. (9.1 kg) LP cylinder with a Type 1
cylinder valve and an overfilling protection device
(OPD).
a. A Type 1 valve can be identified by its large
external threads. Do not connect to a cylinder
using any other type of connection device.
b. Do not connect the appliance to an LP
cylinder larger than 20 lb. (9.1 kg).
Note:
Any LP cylinders used with this appliance must
meet the standard, as outlined in “3.7 LP (Propane)
Gas and LP Cylinder Safety” on page 6.

Assembly
1. Attach and tighten four legs using a flat head
screw, washer, lockwasher, and nut.
2. Check to make sure all gas ports in the burner
head are clear. Remove any obstructions that are
present.
