Art. 213/00 Bunsen induction 

 

BRIEF INTRODUCTION: 

The product operates at high frequency and alternating magnetic fields. The metal tool for modeling 
the wax will be warmed through turbulence of magnetic fields created within the inductive coil. 

The device has a high precision control managed by microprocessor and is equipped with a 
sophisticated automatic protection. 

Heats without flame (do not use gas) so it is safe and efficient, has a high electricity saving, thanks 
to the electronic circuit that automatically switches off the emission of magnetic fields when no 
longer detects metal parts inside the induction coil.  

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE: 

1) Connect the power cord and turn on the switch in the back of the unit, the LED will light in front 
of green, this indicates that the device is in standby mode.  

2) when the metal tool is at the center of the inductive coil indicator changes color from green to 
red, this shows the beginning of the heating. Usually for the proper heating it is required from 1.5 to 
3 seconds. If you exceed 12 seconds, the unit enters the protection, this condition is signaled by the 
red light will blink for 3 minutes, the unit automatically returns to normal conditions.  

3) The device is equipped with an automatic device of sensitivity that improves its performance. It 
also has automatic device for cooling consists of a small fan managed by a microprocessor; it will 
operate under the state of overheating and automatically stop in cooling obtained. Be careful not to 
block the air intake and outlet located under the device, since non-cooling can cause malfunction or 
breakdown of the machine. 

4) The rubber that covers the inductive coil is used to collect any liquid wax casting metal from the 
tool. The protection can be removed at any time without danger of burning, thus proceeding to clean 
it. To remove any wax solidified inside press on the external walls of protection, so you will get the 
detachment from the hardened wax protection, at this point you can reposition it inside the cavity of 
the inductive coil;  

5) With smaller tools when placed at the center in the cavity the sensor may not detect your device 
then you will need to move with the tool to the walls of the right or the left, so the sensor will detect 
the tool and the red light will light. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENSOR REGULATION:

 

 

 

Switch on the device, and after inserting the tip of the tool to be used slowly rotate the wheel 
located at the bottom right of the unit to the maximum and / or minimum sensitivity  to adjust its 
detection. When the LED lights up red pull the bit and check that the light turns green, at this point 
the machine is calibrated for that tool. If it is necessary, proceed with minor adjustments of the 
position of the controller to optimize the detection sensitivity.
