MINIBOX EMC – FINISHING SUCTION UNIT
UNPACK
Verify integrity of the pack at the moment of the reception of the apparatus. Verify on the
back side the yellow adhesive nameplate QUALITY CONTROL PASSED the control code
is integral. Verify that in the packaging all the parts and the supplied accessories of series
are contained together with the apparatus: power cord, suction hose and connection, pack
of filters MINIBAG, user’s documentation and warranty.
INSTALLATION
Take the suction unit out of the packaging and place it where can be easily inspected for
the replacement of the recovery filter of powders MINIBAG (rif. 10) and for the periodic
substitution of the filter for motor protection (rif. 7-8-9).

Connect the power cord (ref. 13) to a power outlet (absorption max 1.500 W).
ATTENTION: make sure that the voltage corresponds to the one brought back on the
fabrication nameplate placed on the apparatus.
Connect the micromotor’s plug to the Minibox EMC (ref.19) –
Connect one side of the suction hose (ref. 3) where you need to have the aspiration:
(AIRBASE 662/00 – SUCKY 658/00 – MICROBOX 663/00), or to your bench.
After these operations, the suction unit is now ready to work: turn on the apparatus by
pressing the general switch (ref. 16) and regulate the aspiration power acting on the
power regulator (ref. 15) min 300 W - max 600 W.
