When replacing the piston seal (18) on the
rod assembly (16) with seal lip facing the
top of the piston, install o-ring on the
second piston groove (For ease of seal
installation use piston seal installation tool
31-567)
IMPORTANT
When re-installing the crankshaft (item 10)
use a 3 ton arbor press - DO NOT press on
the counter weight of the crankshaft, as this
may cause damage
WARNING
Do not remove disassemble the motor head from motor body (Assembly - part no. 20) doing this will void the
warranty.
